Clean Mobility Options Demo! Try electric scooters and bikes. See electric cars and buses. Join Bike Ventura and CEC for a Clean Mobility Options demo on Sunday, June 27, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM next to the Camino Del Sol Community Garden in Oxnard. The demonstration will include a test-ride area for bikes and scooters, and will showcase electric cars and buses for people to look at. Part of the Oxnard Community Transportation Needs Assessment and will help us identify, fund, and launch new clean mobility pilot projects that best match the communities’ needs. The transportation needs assessment is supported with funding from the statewide Clean Mobility Options (CMO) program. CMO is part of California Climate Investments (CCI), a statewide initiative that puts billions of Cap-and-Trade dollars to work reducing greenhouse gas emissions, strengthening the economy, and improving public health and the environment — particularly in disadvantaged communities.
