Students (ages 10-25), parents, caregivers, and teachers are invited to learn from our Non-Profit Panel of 20+ SB County organizations about how students can create meaningful ways to volunteer and do community service.
Evidence shows volunteering helps people manage stress, feel connected, and increases self-confidence. Completing community service hours is more than checking a box off the to-do list... it’s learning about the joy of volunteering, learning new skills, and an opportunity to grow and discover new passions.
You will hear from CEC and other non-profit organizations during our virtual webinar and it will be followed by a Q&A where you can post your questions in the chat. Find out which areas of interest (animals, arts & culture, homelessness, environment & science, education, camps, elderly) are meaningful to you. Register here.
