Breaking Up With Fossil Fuels Series: The All-Electric Home: Everything Homeowners Need to Know

About this webinar

Did you know that the average U.S. homeowner spends $121 per month on electricity, and in California that amount is even higher? Add those costs to the real environmental impacts of heating and cooling our homes and the problem compounds. Join us for a webinar to learn how you can make upgrades to your home that will lower your monthly utility costs while also lowering the cost to our planet.

Whether replacing a natural gas appliance with a highly efficient electric version, adding solar with battery storage, or plugging in an electric vehicle, there are many environmentally friendly options for homeowners to transition to 100% renewable electricity. A variety of tax credits and incentive programs are available that make going electric affordable. In this webinar, you’ll learn about these programs and how the Community Environmental Council’s new Electrify Your Life service provides one-on-one assistance to help make going all-electric approachable and accessible.

We are only able to offer webinars like this to the community free of charge, thanks to the generosity of individuals like you. Please consider a gift to CEC in support of programming like this webinar.
