Central Coast Community Energy (3CE) Electrify Your Home Program: This program provides cash incentives for home energy upgrades that switch gas-powered water heaters and HVAC equipment to all-electric options. Incentives are available to help cover costs of appliances and for electric panel upgrades or replacements.
